Michelle Washington, Ph.D.

Dr. Michelle Washington is a Licensed Psychologist. She holds a diverse educational background, with a B.S. and M.S.W. from the University of Illinois - Urbana, an M.A. from Concordia University - Chicago, and an M.Ed., Ed.S., and Ph.D. from Georgia State University. Dr. Washington completed her doctoral internship at the Cobb County School District, gaining valuable experience in supporting students' psychological well-being within an educational context. As a certified Georgia School Psychologist (PK-12), she brings a deep understanding of educational systems and practices. With 10 years of experience in K-12 settings as both a School Social Worker and School Psychologist, Dr. Washington has developed expertise in addressing the diverse needs of students and families. She is trained in the administration of the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS-2), ensuring comprehensive support for individuals on the autism spectrum. Dr. Washington is licensed in Georgia and Tennessee.
