Pediatric Psychology Services in Atlanta, Marietta, and Cumming
CPEA's pediatric psychologists provide comprehensive psychological and educational assessments as well as therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults across our three metro Atlanta locations. Whether your family is seeking answers about a learning difference, attention concerns, autism, or giftedness, our evaluations give you the detailed, objective information needed to get the right support in place. All evaluations are conducted by doctoral-level pediatric psychologists using nationally standardized, evidence-based assessment tools.
Families who already know the specific area of concern may choose a more focused evaluation:
Learning Disability Evaluations
Targeted assessment for dyslexia/dysgraphia or dyscalculia
ADHD Evaluations
focused evaluation of attention, executive functioning, and behavioral regulation

Updated Assessments for College
Students who need updated documentation to qualify for disability services at a college or university, or to request accommodations on the SAT, ACT, MCAT, or LSAT, can receive a focused re-evaluation at CPEA. Our reports meet the documentation requirements of College Board, ACT, and most college disability services offices.

Consultation, Advocacy, and Classroom Observation
CPEA's pediatric psychologists are available for clinical consultations to review school testing, discuss evaluation results, or help families determine whether a full evaluation is the right next step. We also attend IEP, 504, and SST meetings to advocate for students and help translate evaluation findings into actionable school supports. Classroom observation services are available to assess a child's learning and social functioning in their school environment.

Gifted and Twice-Exceptional Evaluations
Giftedness evaluations at CPEA identify advanced cognitive ability and support access to gifted programs in Georgia public and private schools. We also specialize in twice-exceptional profiles - children who are gifted alongside a co-occurring learning disability, ADHD, or autism - where both sets of needs require careful identification and documentation.
Dr. Crewdson sees children ages 8 to 18 for concerns related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, and/or trauma. Her techniques most closely align with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
