Melissa Lang, Ph.D., NCSP

Dr. Melissa Lang is a Licensed Psychologist with experience spanning more than 30 years across school,   hospital, and private practice settings. She holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and earned her   M.Ed., Ed.S., and Ph.D. from Georgia State University, where her dissertation research focused on increasing feelings of self-efficacy in children with learning disabilities. Dr. Lang completed her doctoral internship at the Cherokee County Schools Department of Psychological Services and Mountainbrook Psychoeducational Center and worked with several metro Atlanta public school systems for 20 years. Nationally certified and licensed in the state of Georgia, she also holds certifications as a Georgia School Psychologist (PK-12) and is trained in the administration of the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule  (ADOS-2). Dr. Lang specializes in the evaluation of preschool-age children.
