Margaret Crewdson, Ph.D.,NCSP
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Margaret Crewdson is a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Georgia as well as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. She earned her B.A. from the University of Miami (FL) and completed her graduate studies, obtaining an M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville. Dr. Crewdson's doctoral internship was conducted at the Virginia Beach City Public Schools, where she gained valuable experience in supporting students' psychological well-being within an educational context. Her dissertation focused on increasing social skills in elementary-age students, reflecting her commitment to enhancing social-emotional development in young learners. With a diverse range of experience, Dr. Crewdson is skilled in evaluating individuals across the lifespan, from preschoolers to adults, who present with developmental delays and various cognitive, emotional, social, and behavioral difficulties. She also has extensive experience providing individual therapy to elementary-age individuals and young adults facing emotional, behavioral, and social challenges. Additionally, Dr. Crewdson is trained in the administration of the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS-2), ensuring thorough assessment and support for individuals on the autism spectrum.
