Since 2002, we are pediatric psychologists specializing in customized assessments for learning disorders such as Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, as well as emotional issues and giftedness. We offer clinical evaluations, consultation, and educational advocacy.
Yes! We see adults, too!
What makes us different than other practices?
Our practice has been fortunate to serve the Atlanta area for over 20 years. All of our psychologists have experience working with children and/or adults with a variety of abilities and are well-versed in differential diagnosis, in personally tailoring assessments to tap the strengths and weaknesses of individuals dependent upon the referral questions, in interpretation of test results for parents and students, and in providing specific recommendations for intervention. In addition, we feel it is important that our experienced clinicians manage all aspects of testing in order to observe your child across a variety of measures; we do not have testing technicians completing assessments independently. This allows us to provide more personal service to you and your child, and assures you that a clinician with extensive experience handles all parts of the evaluation.
Many of our child psychologists also have a history of working in local Atlanta - area school systems as well as college counseling centers, and have expertise regarding Department of Education rules and regulations, particularly those affecting children with special needs. We can assist you in translating test results for school staff and advocating for accommodations or support services needed. We have extensive experience with dyslexia testing as well as autism evaluations. We are always here for follow-up questions after psychoeducational evaluation or help with follow-through on recommendations. We also offer online and in-office psychoeducational evaluations for college and graduate students who need a reevaluation in order to keep previously established accommodations.
