Fees

Payment for 50% of the total is expected at the time of the initial appointment. The remaining balance is expected at the time of the feedback appointment, at which time results and a final report will be received.

A detailed statement of fees is provided for clients' submission to insurance companies for reimbursement, or a claim may be filed by our office upon your request. Please note that most insurance companies do not cover psychological testing for developmental delays or learning issues, as they deem these services 'educational' rather than 'medical', even if the provider is 'in-network'.

Assessment

Our assessments include the intake process, a detailed report with recommendations for school and home, as well as a personal feedback session with the psychologist, speech therapist, and/or occupational therapist

Charges are based on age and focus of assessment. Discounts are offered for multidisciplinary evaluations. Multidisciplinary assessments will be integrated into one report for the most complete picture of your child's strengths and weaknesses.

Autism/Aspergers

Ages 4 years and younger:

Psychological assessment - $850

Speech and language assessment - $425

Occupational therapy assessment - $450

Multidisciplinary assessment (Psychological and Language evaluations) - $1175

Multidisciplinary assessment (Psychological and Occupational therapy evaluations) - $1200

Multidisciplinary assessment (Psychological, Language and Occupational therapy evaluations) - $1600

Ages 5 years and older:

Psychological Assessment - $1200

Speech and language assessment - $500

Occupational therapy assessment - $450

Multidisciplinary assessment (Psychological and Language evaluations) - $1600

Multidisciplinary assessment (Psychological and Occupational therapy evaluations) - $1550

Multidisciplinary assessment (Psychological, Language and Occupational therapy evaluations) - $2000

Learning Disabilities (Dyslexia/Dysgraphia/Dyscalculia)

Dyslexia screener - $600 (if further testing is indicated, the cost of the screener will be applied towards the cost of a full assessment)

Psychoeducational assessment - $1600

Speech and language assessment - $500

Occupational therapy assessment - $450

Multidisciplinary assessment (Psychoeducational and Speech/Language evaluations) - $2000

Multidisciplinary assessment (Psychological and Occupational therapy evaluations) - $1950

Multidisciplinary assessment (Psychological, Language and Occupational therapy evaluations) - $2400

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

Screening - $750 (History, Intelligence testing, basic achievement screening, behavioral analysis/checklists, neuropsychological processing screening, social/emotional screening)

Comprehensive evaluation - $1300 (History, Intelligence testing, comprehensive achievement testing, behavioral analysis/checklists, neuropsychological processing assessment, social/emotional assessment)
